6 months old on Thanksgiving

Thursday was quite a day for Kian! It was his first Thanksgiving and his half birthday! He wasn't able to eat the thanksgiving turkey, but he did enjoy some squash.

We celebrated Kian's half birthday with 1 and 1/2 birthday cakes.

Bananas!

Kian had his first taste of solid food yesterday! We're not sure if he ended up with any in his belly, but he did have plenty on his shirt and some on his face. He sucked on the banana a bit, but spent more time sucking on his hand while holding the banana. Guinness was the clear winner in this situation when Kian let him lick his hands clean.

Ambiturner

Kian is now an ambiturner! He's been rolling to the right for a while now, but he couldn't turn left. He happily rolled over to the left today, though.

Halloween

Kian had a great time on Halloween helping hand out candy to over 100 trick-or-treaters.

Go Sox!

We visited Sarah and Frank to watch the Red Sox in the playoffs. Kian got all dressed up in his Red Sox gear, but alas he was disapointed at the score. Poor kid has never seen the Sox make it to the World Series...

Kian's new Jumparoo!

Kian got a new Jumparoo to play in. He can't reach the ground yet, but a couple boxes underneath his feet fix that problem.
